The Lake Tahoe ride was such a great experience, that I've joined team in training again this year. We're going to ride 100 miles on June 5th in Asheville North Carolina: Fletcher Flyer: http://www.blueridgebicycleclub.org/ It's a great ride, realtively close to home, and I've wanted to get to Asheville for a long time. Last hear I raised almost $5000, this year my minimum is $2625 and I'm hoping to raise a lot more - every little bit helps. The link to donate is at the top of the blog :)
My teammate Carrie is back this year too - we ride about the same pace, so I'm VERY excited and I've persuaded my friend Geoff to join and ride with us too. He got me into Team in Training in 2004, when we skated 52 miles through the hills of Georgia, it seems turnaround is fair play!
