Ah Poolesville. We meet again, only this time, the advantage is mine.

33 miles through Poolesville MD felt like a walk in the park compared to last year.  As the rides start to get farther and steeper, I nurse a faint hope that they will feel less grueling than last year.

Here's a picture of my mentor Ann and our mini-team before the ride:
I'm the second from the left, Ann is in the Pink and on the far left, is my teammate Carrie who you may remember from such rides as "100 miles around Lake Tahoe last year".

This week is Nokesville VA, the mileage doesn't go up much, which means they're going to throw a mountain at us or something. Oh, and Nokesville was described as "out past Manassas" which is probably close to 90 minutes from home.  Fingers crossed that we don't meet up at 8AM again, that would mean a wake up well before 6AM.  Should find out tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone who's donated so far - GO TEAM!
